- PT. Citra Baru Steel Cikande is a limited liability company that produces semi-finished products and finished products made from iron and steel. The products produced by PT. Citra Baru Steel Cikande image is oriented to provide both national supply needed for the industry and the broader community about the needs of the country to have established a partnership with PT. Citra Baru Steel Cikande. The method used is qualitative method. Design used in this study consisted of a descriptive design and causal design. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 90 respondents. Research data processing is done by using the statistical tool SPSS Version 17. Based on the results of data processing, it is known that the Pearson product moment correlation value for 0.607 a which means that job satisfaction and motivation to work together to have strong relationships to employee performance. Whereas in 0.368 the value of R square is obtained which shows the percentage of the amount of the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance by 36.8%. While the F-test results, note that the value of F count > F table (25.315 > 3.097), it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and motivation to work simultaneously on the performance of employees at PT. Citra Baru Steel Cikande.
