- Influence Between Satisfaction Of Job And Motivation Work Of Performance At Official Co-Operation, Industry And Commerce Sub Province Serang is the title of the paper Lia Mustika (5551092834) student of Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Faculty of Economics Department of Management (Human Resource Management). under the guidance of Mr. Wawan Prahiawan SE., MM and Mr. Bambang Mahmudi SE., MM. This study aims to determine about the effect satisfaction of job and motivation work of employees performance at official co-operation, industry and commerce sub province Serang. The research method used is descriptive method. The number samples used in this study was 62 respondents was calculated using the formula of Slovin. Then the data was analyzed using SPSS 20 For Windows, while hypothesis testing is determined by t test and F test. From the result of calculations all the test instrument and the classical assumptions are met. The result of simple regression between variable X1 to variable Y is the strong influence of 0,347 is positif normal. The result of simple regression between variable X2 to variable Y is the strong influence of 0,732 is positif strong. The result obtained for the value of multiple correlation R = 0,811 then the influence between variable X1 and X2 to Y is very strong impact. For coefficient of determination which has been adjusted, which means the amount of the ability of the independent variables in the work by 64,60% while the remaining 35,40% influenced by other variables that are not included in this study. Obtained equation Y = 4,527 + 0,113 X1 + 0,670 X2. F test result between variable X1 and X2 on Y obtained result Fcount is 56,710 while for the numbers to Ftable 3,15. Because Fcount > Ftable (56,710 > 3,15), the Ho=reject and H3=accepted, thus satisfaction of job (X1) and motivation work (X2) have a significant influence on employees performance (Y).
