  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership Styleon Employee Performance atPT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia. To determine the effect Motivation Extrinsik on Employee Performance atPT. Gajah Tunggal Tbk. In this study the method used to analyze the use of descriptive methods that aim to describe or illustrate an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. While the design of the study is exploratory design and design is to analyze the causal relationships between one variable with another variable by using statistics. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 35 respondents who use this method of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation of SPSS v.20, based on the analysis of SPSS v.20 generated a degree of influence between Transformational Leadership Style to Employee Performance obtained hypothesis testing results obtained from t-test (2.483) > t-table (2.035), then H0 is rejected and Haaccepted which means there is a significant effect between Transformational Leadership (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and thet-test (3.265) > t-table (2.035) then H0 is rejected and Haaccepted which means there is a significant effect between Motivation Extrinsik (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) atPT.
