- This study aims to determine the effect of Transformational Leadership and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance in the Hotel Mahadria. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 35 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated samples. Data processing studies performed using SPSS version 20. From the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program obtained values in column R = 0.626, this shows the strong relationship between the variables X1 (Transformational Leadership) and X2 (Extrinsic Motivation) to Y (Employee Performance). While the determination coefficient of 0.391 means that the influence of Transformational Leadership and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance amounted to 39.1% and the balance of 60.9% is influenced by other factors outside the study, which means that if the implementation of Transformational Leadership and Extrinsic Motivation done well, Employees will affect performance. From the test results obtained by the results of the F count > F table (10.291 > 3.29) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there was indeed a significant relationship between Transformational Leadership and Extrinsic Motivation on Employee Performance in the Hotel Mahadria and obtained multiple regression equation as follows Y = 3.514 + 0.370 X1 + 0.485 X2.
