- In this study the method used to analyze the use of descriptive methods that aim to describe or illustrate an overview of the properties or characteristics of a particular phenomenon. While the design of the study is exploratory design and design is to analyze the causal relationships between one variable with another variable by using statistics. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement. Determination of the sample using a population of 56 respondents who use this method of data analysis and product moment correlation coefficient. From the calculation of SPSS v.20, based on the analysis of SPSS v.20 generated a degree of influence between Transactional Leadership to Employee Performance obtained hypothesis testing results obtained from t-test (5.030) > t-table (2.005), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Transactional Leadership (X1) on Employee Performance (Y) and the t-test (2.447) > t-table (2.005) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means there is a significant effect between Intrinsic Motivation (X2) on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Golden Grand Mills Cilegon.
