- This research is intended to analyze the effect of work labour, private investment : PMA realization, PMDN realization and local goverment expenditure on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Banten Province during theperiod of 2005-2011. This study is motivated by the facts that Banten Gross Regional Domestic Product has been fluctuated and its value is far from other provinces in Banten during the period study. This study makes use of time series data of 2005-2011 and its utilizes regression analysis of “ Analysis of panel data by method fixxed effect model (fEM) with the time research 2005-2011. This research use software Eviews 8. The findings of this study suggest that labor forces, private investment (PMA and PMDN) and local goverment expenditure do give a positive impact on sthe fluctuation of Central Java GRDP. It is also found that the economic crisis has significant influence on the GRDP negative direction It is recommended that to increase GRDP of Banten Province, a policy is needed to motivate all parties to make investment in this povince. The effort to increase investment should be focused on activities that involve many workers. Finally the role of regional goverment trough goverment expenditure which is able to stimulate the increasing variable of private investment and the opportunity of labour force which is expected to increase the regional economic activities in order to reach the economic growth and people income per kapita.
