Furthermore, to get the correct result, the relation of each variable is analyzed statistically. It aims to test the hypothesis based on existing data. The data is analyzed using multiple partial correlative coefficient calculation and multiple regressions using SPSS 17.00 program for windows. The purpose of data analysis is to determine how strong the relation among variables, as well as to know how the hypothesis is being accepted or rejected by comparing the calculated F with F table. By using coefficient determination, and the results of SPSS output, the influence of variables X1 and X2, to variable Y can be calculated and summarized. 67 samples of respondents participate in this research. Based on calculation using SPSS 17.00 for windows, all classical assumptions are fulfilledand the result is R = 0.465a. Thus, the relation among each variable, X1 and X2 simultaneously to variable Y is moderate. To sum up, the model of coefficient determination is 0.217 which explains the ability of independent variables ( individual capability and organizational climate ) to the dependent variable ( company performances ) by 21.7 %, while the remaining percentage of 78.3 % is determined by other factors which are not analyzed in this research. Meanwhile, the adjusted R square of 0.192, which influences variable X1 and X2 simultaneously to variable Y by 19.2% and no other values give an impact because it is constant and adjusted. Regression equation is Y = 29.411 + 0.232 + 0.562 X1 X2.
