- This study aimend to examine the effect of Influence of Independency, leadership style, Organization Commitment, knowledge good governance, and job satisfaction of governance performance auditors. Data was obtained by spreading questionnaires to the government auditor who work at inspectorate office Banten. The questionnaires were spreads to 46 respondent, processed data analysis of the study used multi-linear regression analysis by SPSS windows program version 20.0. the study is consisted of dependent and independent variables. The dependent variable is performance of government auditors, and the independent variables are Influence of Independency, leadership style, Organization Commitment, knowledge good governance, and job satisfaction. The result of this study are (1) independency of the positive effect on the performance of government auditors, (2) leadership style but not significant positif effect on the performance of government auditors, (3) Organization Commitment to positively influence the performance of government auditors, (4)an understanding of the positive impact of good governance on the performance of auditors government, and (5) job satisfaction positive effect on the performance of the government auditors.
