  • This study aims to determine whether there is influence between advertising and subscriber satisfaction on customer loyalty XL prepaid card at Gemilang Perkasa PT Banten Cilegon Branch. The method used in this research is descriptive research method and causal research. This study aims to provide a clear picture of the advertising, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty as well as to analyze according to the respondents. This study also aimed to determine whether there is influence between advertising and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty XL prepaid card. Determination of the sample based on the formula slovin with 97 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire using Likert Scale which can then be processed using analysis tools SPSS version 20 statistical tests. From the calculation of the data, the overall responses of respondents regarding the ad is satisfied, in response to customer loyalty is satisfied and the response was satisfied customer loyalty. Partially known advertising influence on customer loyalty of the t test results, obtained t 7.435> 1.9853 ttabel thus a significant difference. Influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty from the t test, the result thitung 2.542> 1.9853 ttabel thus a significant difference. Based on F test, which amounted to 67.980 Fhitung> 3.9412 Ftable then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that significant influence of advertising and customer satisfaction to customer loyalty.
