- Sri Rejeki. 7771133102. The Effect of Problem-Based Learning and Critical Thinking to The Exposition Text Writing Skills Eight Grader of SMPN 2 Ciruas. Thesis, Instructional Language Program, Post Graduate Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University. The purpose of this research was to determine: 1) differences in writing skills exposition text that uses problem-based learning and teaching expository; 2) differences in the skill of writing texts critical thinking exposition of high and low critical thinking; 3) the interaction between problem-based learning and critical thinking; 4) differences in writing skills exposition text that uses problem-based learning with high critical thinking and learning to think critically expository height: 5) differences exposition text writing skills using problem-based learning to think critically low and expository with low critical thinking skills; 6) differences in the skill of writing texts critical thinking exposition high and low critical thinking with problem-based learning model; 7) differences in the skill of writing texts critical thinking exposition high and low critical berpikit with expository. A population of 318 people and a sample of 48 people. This study used a 2x2 factorial experiment. Results: 1) There is a difference between the exposition text writing skills of problem-based learning model and expository. 2) There is a difference between the exposition text writing skills of students who think critically high and low. 3) There is an interaction effect between the model of problem-based learning and critical thinking skills to write text exposition. 4) There is a difference between the exposition text writing skills of problem-based learning and critical thinking high with expository and critical thinking high. 5) There are differences between the exposition text writing skills of problem-based learning model and think critically low with expository and think critically low. 6) There is a difference between writing skills exposition text using model of problem-based learning and critical thinking higher using problem-based learning model and think critically low. 7) There is no difference between writing skills exposition expository text and high critical thinking with expository and think critically low.
