Teacher job satisfaction in work (teaching) because of unfavorable environmental factors and low motivation. The aim of this study were: (1) to describe whether there is a positive relationship between work environment and job satisfaction, (2) describe whether there is a positive relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction, (3) describe jointly whether there is a positive relationship between work environment and work motivation with job satisfaction of teachers. The method used is a survey method, using random sampling. Data obtained from the respondents as many as 80 teachers from throughout the teacher population group numbering 06 Tangerang District 151 teachers. Analysis of the results obtained: the partial correlation value between the work environment and job satisfaction of 11,230 dan determination correlation of 61.8%. Value of the partial correlation between work motivation and job satisfaction of 8.495. And determination of correlation of 48.1%. While the value of multiple correlation between the work environment and work motivation and job satisfaction of (X1, X2, Y) of 8.342. And determination of correlation of 62.3%. Based on this study it can be concluded:There is a relationship between work environment and job satisfaction of teachers SMA se Force 06 Tangerang or better working conditions, the higher the level of job satisfaction of teachers in teaching at the State High School teacher se Force 06 Tangerang. There is a relationship between work motivation and job satisfaction of teachers SMA se Force 06 Tangerang or higher work motivation of teachers, the higher the level of job satisfaction of teachers in teaching at the State High School teacher se Force 06 Tangerang. There is a relationship together between work environment and work motivation and job satisfaction of teachers SMA se Force 06 Tangerang or better working conditions and higher work motivation of teachers in teaching the higher the level of job satisfaction of teachers in teaching at a high school teacher State se Force 06-Tangerang.
