  • Toll Gate of Tangerang 1 is exit toll to Tangerang. The toll has four gates, which along with increasing transportation causing line problems. Researcher tried to analyze the line system at toll gate of Tangerang 1, the aims to solve the line problems by analyzing the numbers of lanes optimal facilities and service time at an optimum level by standard of minimum service Toll is 6 second. The variable in this research include (PO) probability 0 customer in the system, (Wq) The lenght of costumers in the line, (Ws) Length of the costumers in the systme, (L) total of customers in the line, (Lq) Total of costumers in the system and (u) Utility of gates. This research used multi-channel single system phase which was helped by software SPSS-for windows and POM-for windows. Based on data analysis, adding 1 gate become 5 gates can solve the line problems. For peak hour 7 a.m to 8 a.m where the average waiting time for 4 gates is 1.89 minutes become 0.25 minutes. At 5 p.m to 6 p.m the average waiting time for 4 gates is 20.07 munutes become 0.26 minutes. Increased service time based on standart of minimum servis toll is 6 seconds/car also can solve line problems. At 5 p.m to 6 p.m obtained the aberage waiting time of 1.89 minutes (10 second) to 0.12 minutes. Based on the result of forecasting was using POM-for windows, for ten years ahead 4 gates have been unable to used because the average waiting time is 60.04 minutes.
