Non Governmental Organization is a group of people that voluntarily established and it is non-profit oriented, which is organized locally, nationally, or internationally. The NGO is oriented to its job and generated by a group of people that have the same objectives, which are to build an independent society as well as to monitor various government policies. Due to the great and positive effects of NGO toward the people, the NGO needs to create a strong fundamental, and it can be determined by understanding the organizational culture itself. This study aimed to understand the organizational culture of Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation as a Non Profit Organization of Schein Organizational Culture Model. The theory used in this study was Schein organizational culture theory which specifically described by its organizational culture model. The method used in this study was a Qualitative Descriptive method. The key informants in this study were 6 members of Cinta Anak Bangsa Foundation. This study showed that the implementation of the Schein organizational culture model in the organization of YCAB was explained by three levels, such as artifacts level, which the elements of level were generally visible, every member of YCAB understand the meaning of logo, architecture or office layout of YCAB, communication style of YCAB, as well as a reward system through the appreciation toward each other and gathering event which indicated that family bond exists among members. After that, there was an espoused beliefs and value level, the results obtained showed that every member of YCAB feels that work is not just for their personal interests, but to achieve the vision of YCAB itself which is to build the youth of the nation through a proper education. The last was a basic underlying assumption, which was invisible. The results of this study showed that every member of YCAB, both of new and old members of YCAB had a similar perspective which was YCAB as their second home, so that there is no distinctive structure or position among members except family bond that exists among them. So, it can be concluded that the Schein organizational culture model can be described by the nonprofit organization of YCAB and it is indicated that YCAB maintains and inherits the value of the organizational culture to every member without exception as the fundamental of the organization.
