  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of non financial performance measurement on managerial performance through role clarity as an intervening variable in perbankan in Banten Province. The data were collected by distributing questionnaires using purposive sampling method, criteria are then selected a sample of middle managers and lower managers. Samples can be processed as many as 38 of the total 70 questionnaires distributed. Data analysis techniques used in this research is to help Smart PLS SEM Version 3.0. The results in this study show that (1) variable non financial performance measurement has a positive influence significantly on the role clarity, (2) variable role clarity has a positive influence significantly on the managerial performance, (3) variable non financial performance measurement has a positive influence significantly on managerial performance, (4) variable role clarity may mediate the relationship between non-financial performance measurements on managerial performance.
