  • The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style and career development to job satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple regression analysis method. The samples used in this study were 56 respondents From the results of research using SPSS 20.0 software, all the classical assumptions are met and the results for the value of R = 0.564. The relationship between leadership style (X1) and career development (X2) on employee job satisfaction is a relationship that is. The coefficient of determination for 0318 means the ability to explain the independent variable (leadership style and career development) on the dependent variable (job satisfaction) of 31.8% while the remaining 68.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study. While the adjusted R square of 0.292 means that the variables X1 and X2 contribute simultaneously to the ups and downs of variable Y by 29.2% and there are no other values that influence because it is constant or has been adjusted.
