- The purpose of this study to analyze the influence of transformational leadership styles and intrinsik motivation on employee performance as the variabel Y. The method used quantitative method, the number of samples used in this study were 54 respondents. From the results of calculation by using SPSS 16, all of the assumptions classical fulfilled and obtained the result to value R = 0.698. Then the relation between variables X1 and X2 toward variable Y were good relationship simultaneously. The value of the coefficients determination was 0.488 which means the ability to explain the independent variable (transformational leadership styles and intrinsic motivation) toward the dependent variable (employee performance) was 48.8% and the rest was 51.2% explained by the other factors which not researched in this research. While the adjusted of R Square was 0.468 means the contribution influences of variable X1 and X2 toward the ups and downs of variable Y were 46.8% and there was not other values that influences because it was constant or has been adjusted.
