  • The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of Transformational Leadership Style And Organizational Culture Chamber of Commerce Employee Performance Against Cilegon. The design of this study used descriptive and causal methods. The population in this study were all employees amounted to 35 people and then the data is processed using SPSS method, this study is the research literature. Fieldwork by observation, interviews and questionnaires. The study produced several findings include: 1. Transformational Leadership Styles positive effect on employee performance, it is known based on the value of t is greater than t table (6.248)> t table (2.0345), 2. Cultural Organisation positive effect on employee performance, it is known based on the value of t is greater than t table (2.734)> t table (2.0345), 3. Transformational Leadership Style and Organizational Culture together - the same positive effect on employee performance with F count is greater than F table (59.875)> F table (4.1491). Based on questionnaire data processing on respondents related factors - number of factors that affect the transformational leadership style and organizational culture and employee performance lies in the area either with the approval rate of 80%, 87.2% and 84.5%.
