  • The purpose of this study is knowing the effect of participative leadership style and motivation of work on employees performance. Participative leadership style as a research object variable X1, work motivation as variable X2, and employees performance as variable Y. The method that is used for this study is the quantitative method and the research design using descriptive design and casual design with the purpose of presenting the description of a structured, factual, and accurately on the facts, characteristic, and the relation between studied variables and statistically analyzed to be concluded and to test the hypothesis based on existing data. The number of the samples which is used in this study is the total employee population by 62 respondents from 160 all population. The result of the calculation using SPSS 20 Software, all the classical assumption are fulfilled and the result obtained for the value of R = 0.631. Then the relation between variables X1 and X2 simultaneously to the variable Y is a good relation. Determination coefficient of 0.399 means the ability to explain independent variables (leadership style and motivation of work) on dependent variables (employee performance) in amount of 39,9% while the remaining 60,1% is explained by the other factor is not examined in this study. Whilst adjusted R square of 0.378 means donation of variable influence X1 and X2 simultaneously to the rise and fall of 37,8% variable Y and no other values that influence it because it is constant or has been adjusted. Regression equation is obtained Y = 11210.015 + 0.592X1 + 0.179X2
