- Human resources plays a very important in constructions development because in the absence of labor propesional / competitive, companies can not carry out their activities to the fullest despite all the necessary modern equipment available. Attaches great importance to the role of labor as human resources in the production process so that employees are expected to be able to work more productively and professional in conducting all its activities. Work experience is crucial in the process of job performance that aim to improve the performance of employees in carrying out the tasks assigned to each of the workers. Leadership in important construction services company in the era of modern organizations who want democracy in the execution of construction work. There is the possibility of whether or not the performance of a labor force caused by good or bad style of leadership in the construction services company The aim of research is to determine the influence of produced work experience and leadership of the human resource performance construction and know about work experience to the leadership Research methodology used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and use IBM SPSS AMOS for processing the data Based on estimation result as shown by the table above, there is a significant relation between the work experience variable and human resource performance, coefficient value of 0,473 (moderate). Relation between the leadership and human resource performance also has a significant correlation, with the coefficient value of 0,972 (very strong), as the relation between the work experience variable and leaderships to HR performance is also quite significant with the coefficient value of 0,549 (moderate) Keyword : Work experience, Leadership, Human Resources perfomances.
