Jembo Cable Company in Tangerang City / Under the guidance Asep Supriadi, SE., MM., M.Si and Diqbal Satyanegara, SE., M.Si. This study aims to determine whether there is influence of Total Quality Management on Employee Performance at PT . Jembo Cable Company in Tangerang . Variables used in this research is the variable total quality management as the independent variable , employee performance as the dependent variable . This study uses a quantitative method using descriptive research and causal research . Data from the 2 variables was analyzed using SPSS version 20. The samples used in this study were 50 respondents . The results showed that the variables of total quality management partially positive effect on the performance of employees of PT . Jembo Cable Company in Tangerang . This is evident from the results of the t test values obtained thitung ( 10.770 ) > t table ( 1.677 ) for H accepted. That is a significant difference between the partial total quality management on employee performance . a Keywords : Total Quality Management and employee performance
