- This research’s objective is to know the impact of application of several organic and inorganic fertilizers and various dose of dolomite on soybean plants. The research has been conducted on January to May 2016 in Lebak Gempol Village, Cipocok Jaya district, Banten province. This research used split plot design, with two different treatment factor. The first plot used application of organic fertilizer that consist of chicken and buffalo’s feces, with dose of 300 kg/ha. The allotment of dolomite as sub-plot are divided into several degree; d 0 = 0 kg/ha, d = 150 kg/ha, d 2 = 300 kg/ha and d = 450 kg/ha. There are 12 combination of experiment units with 3 times repetition, with the result of 36 experiment units. The parameter that observed are height, leaves quantity, quantity of pods, weight of wet pods, dry weight of beans, and weight of 100 beans. The result shows evident impact from application of several organic and inorganic on the plant’s height on day 14 and day 35, the quantity of leaves on day 28 and day 35, the quantity of pods and wet weight of pods. Interactions from high dose application of fertilizer and dolomite can be found on the height of plants on day 28, the quantity of leaves on day 35, wet weight pods and also on weight of 100 beans. 3 Key words : Soybean, Fertilizers, Dolomite, Growth and Yield.
