  • This research aims to understand how big the influence of customer service satisfaction relations against the applicant service on a weekend service in the Badan Pertanahan Nasional Kota Tangerang Selatan 2016. Research methodology that is used is a method of quantitative. A design used in this research consisting of a design descriptive and causal. The sample collection technique using simple random sampling by the number of respondents as many as 77. Data processing the research was done by means of a utensil statistical tests namely spss version 17 .Based on the results of data processing, known the value of r 0.738 square as much as. This indicates that variations on the variables of service satisfaction the applicant weekend service can be explained as much as 73,8 % by variable customer relations services while the rest of 26.2 % described by other variables. While testing shows t, known there are the effects of customer service satisfaction relations against the applicant on the services in weekend service.
