- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of training (X1), competence (X2) and incentives (X3) on employee performance (Y). This type of research is quantitative using literature and field research such as observation, interviews and questionnaires. With 40 samples of employees of the production division of PT Hadeka Primantara as respondents. The method of analysis using simple linear regression and multiple linear regression with SPSS v.20. The results showed that: (1) partially positive and significant effect of training on employee performance with results tcount (2.194)> t table (1.688) using the real level of 0.05, the H1 is accepted. (2) partially competencies and significant positive effect on employee performance with results tcount (2.597)> t table (1.688) using the real level of 0.05, the H2 is accepted. (3) partially incentives and significant positive effect on employee performance with results tcount (2.127)> t table (1.688) using the real level of 0.05, the H3 is accepted. (4) simultaneous training, competence, and the incentive effect of Fhitung (7.338)> F table (2.87). Keywords: Training, Competency, Incentives and Employee Performance.
