  • Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Banten province as one of the regional organizations, established by the Banten Provincial Regulation No. 3 of 2012 on the Establishment of the regional organization. Intansi government agency as the employee is required to have an optimal work, however not every employee at the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Banten province is able to show motivation and job satisfaction are optimal. To find out how much the level of work motivation, employee Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Banten Province. To determine the motivating factors of work that most affect the performance, to see how much the level of job satisfaction, employee, to determine job satisfaction factors are most influential on the performance, and to determine the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance, employees of the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs Banten Province JDS method is used as a measuring tool for employee motivation while MSQ method for measuring instrument job satisfaction. With the distribution of questionnaires and data were processed using multiple linear rgeresi to determine the motivation and job satisfaction what factors affect the performance.
