- The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of moderating management control systems diagnostic and interactive in the relationship between strategy and organizational performance. this research was conducted in the company textile industry in the province of banten. data collection was conducted using a survey method on 48 middle manager. Data were processed using structural equation modeling (SEM) using a software program partial least square (PLS), this study used purposive sampling method with a sample of middle managers. the results showed that cost leadership strategy has positive influence on the performance of the organization, differentiation strategies have positive influence on the performance of the organization, diagnostic control system proved to be able to moderate the relationship between cost leadership strategy and the performance of the organization, as well as interactive control system is proven to moderate the relationship between differentiation strategy and organizational performance.
