  • This study aims to determine the effect of democratic leadership style and work motivation on employee performace. Variables used democratic leadership style(X1) and motivation(X2) on employee performance(Y). His type of research his quantitative research surveys and questionnaires, sampling technique used is sampling technique used is non-probability sampling method with saturated or census sampling type and number as many as 45 respondents. Variables used inthe study is variable democratic leadership style and motivate on as independent variables, the performance of employees is as dependent. The analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression. Research data processing is done by using SPSS version 21. These results indicate that partially significant effect democratic leadership style, employee motivation while no significant effect on the performance of employees And simultaneously shows that the democratic leadership style and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
