  • The purpose of this study to determine how much influence the democratic leadership style and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in Cilegon Mandiri taps. The object of research the influence of democratic leadership style as variables X1, X2 as the intrinsic motivation and employee performance as a variable Y. The number of samples used in this study were 70 respondents. The sampling technique using saturated sample. For analysis using correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis in SPSS v.20 help for Windows. From the analysis showed a correlation (R) is equal to 0.488. This shows that the Democratic Leadership Style (X1) and Intrinsic Motivation (X2) are included in the category enough to employee performance (Y) that is equal to 42.2. In the model summary determination coefficient value of 31.36% and the remaining 68.64% influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Based on the hypothesis test showed that the value of F> F table (15.342> 3.84), then Ho is rejected Ha accepted. Means that there is a significant effect of democratic leadership style and intrinsic motivation on employee performance in Cilegon Mandiri taps. Regression equation Y = 19.467 + 0.401 (X1) + 0.051 (X2)
