- This study aims to determine the effect of Physical Work Environment, Exstrinsic Motivationand Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance in PT.Erawan Multi Perkasa Abadi. This type of research is quantitative research and research using survey techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 38 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated sample. Research data processing is done by using SPSS 20. From the calculation result SPSS v.20, research results with significance level of 5% was obtained conclusions: (1). There is a significant Physical Work Environmenton Employee Performance obtained t count (2.483) > t table (2.024). (2). There is a significant Extrinsic Motivationon Employee Performance obtained t count (2.773) > t table (2.024). (3). There is a significant Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance obtained t count (2.377) > t table (2.024).
