- This study aims to determine how the PT. Bank Tabungan PensiunanNasional,Tbk(BTPN)KCPPandeglangperformprocedurespension paymentstoretiredcustomersas well as howthe recordingis done. The writing method used by writer is descriptive method, which is amethod that systematically, factual, and accurate about the facts and theproperties of the populationorspecific objects so as to illustrate the reality ofwhat happened. Methods of data collection that is using literature study,observation,andinterviews. Results of this final reportconcluded that theprocedure for payment ofpension funds inPT. Bank Tabungan Pensiunan Nasional, Tbk (BTPN) KCPPandeglangcan be explainedin three ways, namelyopening procedurethe imageof retirement savings account, retirement fund admission procedures list ofcustomers,payment procedures kenasabahpension fund.Accounting is done inBTPNbeginswhen customers open a savings account image,when Bankpayspensionfundsto retirees,uponreceipt ofpensionfundclientlist,as well asat thetime ofthe Bank BTPN KCP Pandeglang.
