- The purpose of this study is to determine the Procedure and Accounting Record of (KPR) Sejahtera Tapak in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Branch Office Cilegon. Method used in writing this report is descriptive method. Data sources used include primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is the method of interview, documentation and observation. Based on the results of the internship can be concluded that the procedure Lending (KPR) Sejahtera Tapak in PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Branch Office Cilegon include: Submission of Application File, BI Cheking, Interview, On the Spot, Credit Analysis, Credit Decisions, SP3K (Affirmation Letter of Credit Approval ), Akad Credit and Loan Disbursement. The credit Accounting Record done by PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk, Branch Office Cilegon include: credit disbursement journals, installment payment journal and the journal repayment maturity.
