- Technology development in looking for alternative energy recently had been done in various experiment and research. Automotive field used movement energy from fossil fuel source that was produced CO and CO pollution can accelerate the process of global warming. Advanced countries had been develope vehicle that reduce fuel dependence from the earth that was limited and friendly environment with no pollution by electrical energy as main source. Electric vehicle stored of electrical energy in batteries as primary source, so it needed monitoring battery of voltage and current consumption. The power switch module can be used to arrange distribution of battery charging performance from solar panel as additional sources in electric vehicle and using transistors 2N3904 and relays as switches. Those system worked based on measurement on voltage and current from the battery using microcontroller ATMEGA 8535 as controller and data processor with measurement results will be displayed on the LCD display. Active limitation “switch ON”on Voltage 46 Volt and connected the source from the solar panel to the battery and “switch OFF” on voltage 48 Volt with % error voltage sensor measurement average is 0,22 % with batteries drop Voltage measurement is 49 - 44 Volt. Measurement with current sensor is 28 Ampere with % error measurement average is 8,85 % on run.
