- This research aims to know the influence of the GDP,the provincial Minimum wages and Governmentspending Against Labor Absorption (case study 20 provinces in Indonesia the period 2008-2012).Methods of analysis used is the method of linearregression analysis of the data panel the method of FEM with the help of software Eviews 8. The results of this research show that during the time period 2008-2012 the Government expenditure variables does not have significant influence towards labor absorption, variable GDP effect significantly to labour absorption and minimum wage effect significantly to labour absorption. Simultan independent variable effect on the dependent variable. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of known 0.943493. This shows that the independent variable of 94.3493% of GDP,Upah minimum province and Government spendingwas able to explain the dependent variable the absorption of labour.
