- PT XYZ is an integrated steel mill company in Cilegon. Steel products produced are Slab, Plate an Hot Roll Coil. Based on the observations that have been made know that the emergence of the problems that can hamper employee productivity is not uncommon for the employe’s own negligence in the use of working hours to chat, sit or permission to leave the office for matters which have nothing to do with the job duties. Of these problems can indirectly reduce the level of labor productivity. This study aims to determine what are the things that affect employee productivity at PT XYZ. Variable support for productivity measurement is the variable value of corporate on employee productivity. This study using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a number of samples of 150 samples or 150 respondents on permanent employees at PT XYZ. The result showed that the value of the company culture positive effect on employee productivity. Solutions toimprove the value of corporate culture is always socialize to each division to implement the value of corporate culture in each work area so that labor productivity in PT XYZ can continue to increase.
