- Tutoring agency is a non-formal means, which have long existed and survived until today in the world of education. Without students who use their services in a tutoring agency, then tutoring agency can not survive and operational every day. Especially the tutoring agency Nurul Fikri Serang. The research objective was partly to determine the marketing strategy used public relations tutoring agencies Nurul Fikri Serang in getting the students. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive methods using several steps, namely: data collection, data preparation, data presentation, and conclusion. The Research Concluded that in obtaining student tutoring agencies Nurul Fikri Three Ways Strategy using the pull strategy with Product Publicity, to make students interested in using the services of tutoring at Nurul Fikri, push strategy with special event, trade support, and sponsorship to encourage a sense of interest into a desire to follow the learning process. Finally, pass strategy with public service to create a positive public opinion of the community, including students and parents. This study found that tutoring agencies Nurul Fikri Serang using a pull strategy by sending a company profile to those who want to work together as schools, and brochures to prospective students, and then push strategy to provide the advantages and the concept of learning is on tutoring Nurul Fikri it. And pass strategy to make public opinion with the services, facilities and give her Islamic pendoman to their students.
