  • Berkah Amanah Sejahtera Cooperation is a soya bean supplier cooperation located in Cipondoh District Tangerang City. The cooperation has 75 members, while some of them do not buy soya bean in that cooperation, others who are non-members buy it. For that reason, the volume of soya bean marketing has been fluctuating. The purpose of this study is for reviewing the factors that influence the marketing system and to analyze the alternatve of the exact marketing strategies for running a soya bean business in Berkah Amanah Sejahtera Cooperation. This study method is using a descriptive approach. The data processing techniques in this study using IFAS matrix, EFAS matrix, IE matrix and SWOT analysis. The main results of this study showed 2,502 by using IFAS matrix and 2,857from EFAS matrix score, the conclusion of this study that can be described was the Berkah Amanah Sejahtera Cooperation position on IE matrix showed in V quadrant or “Hold and Maintain” following by alternative strategies are : maintaining the best quality of the soya bean, take an advantage by using a strategy location for running a soya bean business.
