- This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth, private investment and the minimum wage on income distribution in 6 districts and the City in the province of Banten. The analytical method used is the method of linear regression analysis with panel data methods GLS with the help of Software Eviews 8. Results from this study indicate that economic growth, private investment and minimum wages have a significant effect on income distribution in 6 districts and the City in the province of Banten. Simultaneously independent variable significant effect on the dependent variable. The coefficient of determination (R 2 ) is known by 0.7889. This shows that 78.89% of the independent variable in the form of Economic Growth, Private Investment and Minimum Wages able to explain the dependent variable is the income distribution in 6 districts and the City in the province of Banten.
