- The purpose of this study is to analyse and find out the influence of organizational culture and extrinsic motivation on employee performance at PDAM Tirta Albantani Kabupaten Serang. The method of study used descriptive method. While the design of the study is descriptive design and causally. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents, the number of samples used in this study were 66 respondents. The sampling technique using a calculation with Slovin formula. From the calculation of SPSS v.20 and based on the analysis of SPSS v.20 generated a degree of influence between Organizational Culture on Empolyee Performance obtained hypothesis testing results obtained from ttest (3,627) > ttable (1,669), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means Organizational Culture (X1) has positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) and the ttest (7,996) > ttable (1,669 ), then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted which means Extrinsic Motivation (X2) has positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) at PDAM Tirta Albantani Kabupaten Serang.
