- The research aimed at analyzing and revealing the influence of organization cultural and work environment to employee performance direct or indirectly to the job performance. The method used in this research is descriptive methods and causal. The samples used were 66 respondents to the techniques of data collection used a questionnaire. And methods of data analysis using test instrument, test the assumptions, of classical regression model, product moment correlation coefficients and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21.00. And to find acceptable or rejection of the hypothesis used comparisons t count and t tables and used for simultaneous comparison hypothesis F calculated and F tables. While to know the level influence of the variables X1, X2 and Y can be calculated by using SPSS version coefficient of determination. From the results of calculations simultaneously with the help of SPSS proram resulting multiple correlation obtained for 0,598 means that there are strong and positive between X1, X2 on the Y. While the coefficient of determination of 59,8% meaning that if the implementation is done by good organizational culture and work environment are met will affect employee performance. From the test results obtained by calculating f > f the table ( 46,949 > 3,1428) then H0 rejected and H3 accepted, meaning that there is significant influence between organizational culture and work environment on employee performance on the PDAM Tirta Albantani.
