- This study aims to determine the Effects of Organizational Culture and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance At PT. KHI Pipe Industries. This type of research is a quantitative study using survey research techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation, and questionnaires. With a sample of 68 respondents, the sampling technique is saturated. processing studies performed using SPSS version 20. From the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program obtained values in column R = 0.543, this shows the relationship between the variables being X1 (Cultural Organization) and the variable X2 (Interpersonal Communication) to Y (Employee Performance). While the determination coefficient of 0.295 means that the influence of Organizational Culture and Interpersonal Communication to Employee Performance was 29.5% and the balance of 70.5% is influenced by other factors outside the study, which means that if the implementation of Organizational Culture and Interpersonal Communication is done with good will affect employee performance. From the test results obtained by the results of the F count> F table (13 573> 3.14) then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted, meaning that there was indeed a significant relationship between Organizational Culture and Interpersonal Communication on Employee Performance in PT. KHI Pipe Industries and obtained the following multiple regression equation Y = 10 114 + 0.368x_1 + 0.194x_2.
