- The Purpose of study was`to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Normative Commitment on Employee Performance in PT. ASDP Indonesia Ferry ( Persero ) Branch Merak. The independent variable in this study is Organizational Culture and Normative Commitment while the dependent variable is Employee Performance. The method used in this research is descriptive and causal. While the method of analisis is the multiple regression analysis, the coefficient of determination, and t test. From the results of hypothesis testing is performed using the t test results are obtained as follows : t results for organizational culture and normative commitment of 6.686 is greater than t table ( 1,989 ) we can conclude that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted it means there is significant effect of organizational culture on employee performance. Results of normative commitment t of 3.065 is greater than t table ( 1.989 ) it can be stated that Ha is accepted. this case means there is a significant effect of normative commitment to employee performance. For the F test results obtained at F arithmetic 79.063 and F table 3.11 (79.063>3.11), it can be stated that Ha is accepted which means simultaneously significant effect of organizational culture and normative commitment the employee performance. Judging from the coefficient of determination of 66.1 % , meaning the effect resulting from organizational culture and normative commitment on employee performance by 66.1 % .
