- The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is significant influence between Cultural work towards Election Commission performance of Kota Serang. The research method in this research was quantitative with associative approach. The population in this study were 28 people and all of them were sample. The validity test of this research was r table = 0,374. The results showed that influence of cultural work towards Election Commission’ performance of Kota Serang is very strong. The calculation results showed that, there is significant influence between cultural work towards Election Commission’ performance of Kota Serang by 0,980, from the calculation formula of coefficient correlation product moment. Thus the hypothesis that used can be accepted. The influence of cultural work is very strong towards Election Commission’ performent of Kota Serang is because of the transparancy, which is still become a great issue in Election Commission’ of Kota Serang. This problem causes unsatisfaction performance. The suggestions from the researchers is the Election Commission of Kota Serang should be transparant and widely open to the public for information related to electoral and budgeting, so the people knowing in detail and clearly, and it could reduces misunderstanding.
