  • To actualize a quality service in district Kaduhejo Pandeglang There are several problems namely less discipline employees, slow service, not transparent, discrimination and many others. This study uses two variables namely work culture employee variables and service quality of population variables and using the theory of Ndraha work culture employee and Zeithaml, Parasuraman dan Berry ( Ratminto dan Winarsih ) quality of service. The population in this study were 21 992 residents and 29 employees. Researchers in determining the sample using the formula Slovin and generate 129 samples. The level of employee culture in district Kaduhejo Pandeglang obtained yield was 87.9% and service quality level of 87.6% of population. The result showed 58.6% influence employee work culture on the quality of service population , F test results stating the result is significant because obtained F count 182.167 > 3.92 F table. So it can be concluded that a significant difference between the employee's work culture on the quality of the service population in district Kaduhejo Pandeglang . Advice from researchers namely employee is able to be professional , behave well when working , infrastructure is used according to its function and the absence of discrimination in order to create a quality service .
