- This research aims to analyze the effect of Operating Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Return on Assets (ROA) on stock price. Two sector of banking is taken on this research specifically Foreign Exchange Bank and Non-Foreign Exchange Bank within period 2007 up to 2013. The samples are taken with purposive sampling method to obtain representative samples according to criteria which has determined by researcher. Thus, this sampling method results three Foreign Exchange Bank and three NonForeign Exchange Analyzing technic used in this research is Chow Test and T-Test is used for statistically analyzing each hypothesis.This analysis result shows that only variable BOPO on Foreign Exchange Bank which has partially affected to stock price negatively. And the result for the Chow test shows there are differences in the influence of BOPO and NPL on stock price Foreign Exchange Bank and NonForeign Exchange Bank, while the ROA does not pass the test the quality data.
