- Research is aimed to determine the effect of the economic variables that spending on infrastructure and economic growth to changes in domestic investment in Indonesia in the period 1979 – 2013. Model using regression analysis is Ordinary Least Squares (OLS ). Based on partial results of significance test is known that spending on infrastructure and economic growth and significant effect on the change positive for domestic investment in Indonesia. Simultaneous independent variables this research have a significant effect and the magnitude of the R- Squared on the results of model estimation of domestic investment is equal to 0.698961 or 69,89 per cent change in the value of domestic investment as a whole can be explained by the independent variables used in the model.
