  • This research aims to determine the effect of Preventive Discipline and Job Performance Assessment Terhaadap Employee Performance at Bank Danamon Cilegon. The method used is a survey method, the research done through direct observation objects. The type of research is associative causal kind, which is a method for influence between two or more variables. The data obtained from the respondents as many as 42 people. The statistical analysis used in this study is the correlation coefficient at significance level  = 5% From the results of the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program obtained a model summary values in column R = 0.511, this shows quite strong correlation between the variables X1 (Discipline Preventive) and X2 (Job Performance Assessment) to Y (Performance Employees). And adjusted R Square of 0.486 means that the contribution of the Preventive Discipline and Job Performance Assessment of the Employee Performance amounted to 48.6% and the remaining 51.4% is influenced by other factors beyond the study, which means that if the Preventive Discipline and Job Performance Assessment conducted well will affect employee performance. Based on the results of hypothesis testing between Preventive Discipline for Employee Performance obtained tcount> 3.795 ttable> 2.02269 we can conclude a significant difference between the Preventive Discipline on employee performance, and the results of hypothesis testing between Job Performance Assessment of the Employee Performance obtained thitung> ttabel 0,293 <2.02269 we can conclude there is no significant influence between Job Performance Assessment of the performance of employees. And obtained the following multiple regression equation Y = 0.725 + 0,698X1 + 0,061X2.
