- This study aims to determine the effect of corrective discipline and job rotation to employee performance PD.BPR Serang. This type of research is quantitative research and research using survey techniques. This study uses literature and field research such as interviews, observation and questionnaires. With a sample of 30 respondents, the sampling technique using saturated sample. Data processing research done using SPSS version 20. From the results of the discussion and the results of calculations using the SPSS program obtained by sig value 0,211 > 0,05, the X1 and X2 Rotation Corrective Discipline Work and Performance Officer Y has a linear relationship due sig 0.211 > 0.05. Based on the results of hypothesis testing between Corrective Discipline on Employee Performance results obtained t count 1,438 < 2.048407 t-table then accepted and rejected. So, as such of the data processing is then no influence between Corrective Discipline Against Employee Performance, and the results of hypothesis testing between Job Rotation on Employee Performance results obtained 9.529 t count > t-table 2.048407, then rejected and accepted. So, thus from the processing of these data then there is the influence of rotation Work on employee performance and obtained the following multiple regression equation Y=-4.549+0.109+0.989.
