- Economic growth is one indicator that is commonly used in determining the success of the development. Economic growth is used as a measure of progress or economic progress of a country or region as closely related to the activities of economic activities, especially in terms of increased production of goods and services. To promote economic growth needed also cmpur government's hand by way of fiscal decentralization and labor. The purpose of this study was to determine how the effects of fiscal decentralization variables and labor to economic growth in the City and District in Banten Province. Data analysis method used is the regression model panel data to series data from the years 2006-2012. Based on test results data panel regression model to the data was obtained the following results: first, fiscal decentralization partially significant negative effect on economic growth in the City and District in Banten Province. Second, labor is partially positive and significant impact on economic growth in the City and District in Banten Province. Third, fiscal decentralization and labor simultaneous effect on economic growth in the City and District in Banten Province
