- This research aims to see whether there is a significant effect between the Decentralization and Government Internal Control System (SPIP) Managerial Performance Against SKPDs Cilegon. Data were obtained from 125 questionnaires were distributed and selected 85 (81%) of respondents who fill complete data. The population was SKPD government departments in the Kota Cilegon by using purposive sampling sampling method. This study uses primary data obtained from questionnaires addressed to the head office, the secretary, the head of the field, the Head, and the head of the section on education Cilegon. While testing the hypothesis using the software SPSS for Windows Version 20.0. The results of this study indicate that the variable Decentralization and Government Internal Control System (SPIP) has a significant positive effect on Managerial Performance.
