  • The research was conducted in the District of SDN Karundang 2 Cipocokjaya Serang. Subject of research is the students of class VA by the number of 26 students. This research is motivated by the lack of mathematical problem-solving ability of students in learning mathematics, especially in solving math problems. Problem-solving ability as measured in this study, namely: 1) understand the problem, 2) making a plan, 3) implementing the strategy, 4) resolve and solve the problem. The instruments used to collect research data of this class action is through observation of student activity sheet, interview, field notes and problem-solving tests. The purpose of this study are: (1) To determine the improvement of students' mathematical problem solving skills with the use of class VA Viewer Tool Line Numbers in mathematics learning in SDN Karundang 2 Cipocokjaya District of Serang. (2) To determine the improvement activities mathematics learning with applicability Aids Line Numbers in mathematics learning in the classroom VA SDN Karundang 2 Cipocokjaya District of Serang. The results showed that: the use of the number line props can improve students' mathematical problem solving The results of the study were obtained from the first cycle and the second cycle. Improvement of students' mathematical problem solving Percentage of mastery learning in classical rose from 47.82% increase to 83.33% at the end of the second cycle. and learning activities of students in the learning process has learning activities in the first cycle the average activity of 52,71% while in the second cycle of 82,8%. at the end of the second cycle.
