- The purpose of this study is to describe the application of management functions (planning, organizing, directing and monitoring) were performed on cocoa farms in the village of Subdistrict Panimbang Tanjungjaya Pandeglang. The method used in this study is a survey method to determine the location of which is in the village deliberately Tanjungjaya. The population in this study there were 30 respondents ie all cocoa farmers in the village of Subdistrict Panimbang Tanjungjaya Pandeglang. The method of analysis used in the application of management functions cocoa farm in the village of Subdistrict Panimbang Tanjungjaya Pandeglang is by using descriptive method that is explained in detail on the application of management functions cocoa farm in the village of Subdistrict Panimbang Tanjungjaya Pandeglang. The results of the research application management functions are implemented by the farmer in the village of the work group that is planning includes planning Tanjungjaya cost planning, production process from land clearing to harvesting and marketing of cocoa plants conducted by the cocoa farmers in the village Tanjungjaya. Organizing that formation of the organizational structure and tasks performed by members of the organization. Briefing conducted by the head of the group to its members. Supervision is done by setting standards, Determination measures of implementation, the implementation of a real measurements done and taking corrective action.
